30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every member of the realm to love their Scent Sentry purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Due to the nature of personal‑use fragrance products, opened items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A brief note about the issue

 We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we cover return shipping.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • 25% restocking fee may apply

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your account.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Take a photo of the item and packaging
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

 

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased from third‑party retailers (please contact them directly)
  • Final‑sale or clearance items (if applicable)
